Elevate your resume with Generation YES, an eight-week remote internship program for college women aged 18-21. You'll be matched with one of our partner organizations and work in a team of interns to investigate a key barrier to women's advancement in the workplace.
Under the guidance of a woman STEM professional, you’ll assemble background research, develop an original strategy to address this key issue, and pitch your solution to company leadership. Along the way, you'll engage with an immersive leadership curriculum to build your self-advocacy, public speaking, and improvisation skills.

The Benefits
In this internship, you'll work on a team of four interns mentored by a women STEM professional. Through this experience, you'll participate in an immersive curriculum to build leadership and professional skills while gaining exclusive networking opportunities with leaders in STEM.
As an intern through Generation YES, you'll gain (1) hands-on experience solving real issues faced by women in STEM, (2) invaluable professional connections, (3) the opportunity to network with potential employers, and more. You'll build self-advocacy and public speaking skills, hone your research skills, and ultimately produce an original strategic plan to add to your portfolio.
